Creator marketing and partnerships

Eight creators. Three international activations. One coordinated production and distribution system.

I planned and ran creator programs in Greece, Costa Rica, and Singapore for Bolt Liquidity. My role covered creator relationships, sponsor packages, contracts, travel, production, review cycles, publishing, and coordinated amplification.

Results

  • Eight unique creators across 17 participations
  • 80 content deliverables
  • Approximately 1.25 million impressions
  • Two creator retreats and one conference activation
  • Co-sponsor work with Trezor, Bitrefill, and Rayls Labs
01

Context

Bolt Liquidity was still in beta, had limited product visibility, and operated without a paid marketing budget. The creator program needed to generate credible, native content while building relationships with creators and complementary Web3 brands.

02

My role

I managed the programs from initial concept through distribution. That included creator selection and relationships, housing and travel logistics, contracts with our legal team, sponsor outreach, package negotiation, production planning, scripting, directing, shot and draft reviews, publishing, tagging, timing, and coordinated engagement.

03

Sponsorships

Trezor, Bitrefill, and Rayls Labs purchased co-sponsor packages tied to the activations. I negotiated content deliverables and timelines, and managed communication between each sponsor, the creators, internal stakeholders, and production collaborators.

Performance highlight

A creator-led Trezor campaign post ranked #2 by reach within a 56-post comparison set from the creator’s own account. It reached approximately 8.7 times the account’s average impressions and generated 2.2 times average total engagement.

Comparison prepared from the creator’s public post history. Figures compare the campaign post with a 56-post account sample. They are directional performance benchmarks, not Trezor-owned analytics.

“Overall, the campaign felt very aligned with what we were hoping to achieve. What stood out most was the level of care and creativity, the production quality, the attention to detail, and how involved everyone was in understanding our goals.”
