Events and multimedia production

From the speaking slot to the final clip.

I organize presentations and content opportunities, develop the narrative, manage speakers and collaborators, run production on site, and coordinate the work through editing, publication, and distribution.

Sui Summit 2025 and 2026

Phi Labs sponsored the Sui Summit side event at ETHDenver in both 2025 and 2026. I organized and ran our presentation program in both years, managed event relationships and on-site execution, and supported business-development conversations.

2026 presentation and production

For the 2026 presentation, I arranged the speaking slot, developed the pitch strategy, collaborated with the speaker and design team on the slide deck, managed presentation logistics, and operated two cameras and a clip-on microphone during the live session. I selected clips, briefed design on the final edits, and managed publishing and distribution.

The presentation itself was delivered on camera by Max McKendry.

Technical explainer production

I conceptualized the explainer, booked the production room, set up lighting, cameras, and microphones, refined the final script, directed the session, and handed the footage to design for the final build.

The production photograph shows the room as it was set for the session: two camera positions, the key light, the laptop running the script, and the on-camera subject. I am not in frame because I was operating the shoot.

Sui Fest interviews

At Sui Fest during TOKEN2049 Singapore 2025, I developed the interview concept, appeared on camera as the interviewer, coordinated participating teams, managed draft reviews, and coordinated publishing and distribution.

Relationship support

At ETHDenver 2025, I represented Phi Labs as part of the core team attending Aftermath’s event and continued representing the company independently after my colleagues departed. Phi Labs later completed an integration with Aftermath.
